Terms of Use

Welcome to the App provided by Chung Shing Taxi Management Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we"). By using this application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.

1. The App is designed specifically for taxi drivers under Chung Shing Taxi Management Limited and SynCab Service Limited to provide the following features:

• Real-time GPS Location: Dispatch orders based on drivers' current location and provide navigation support.
• Voice Notifications: Notify drivers of new orders and other important updates.
• Image Upload: Facilitate account verification and other necessary internal purposes.
• Order Management: Allow drivers to view, accept, and manage passenger orders.

Please note that using the App requires your permission to access your device's GPS, notification system, and photo library.

To provide the best service, we collect the following data:

• Personal Information: Including but not limited to name, contact information, and vehicle details.
• Location Information: Used for dispatch and navigation purposes.
• Device Information: Such as device name, operating system version, and app configuration.

Data Usage:
All collected data is used solely to improve service quality, such as enabling order dispatch, enhancing user experience, or for technical support. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Third-party Services:
The App may utilize the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Mapping Service Tools

These services may collect certain information and process it in accordance with their privacy policies.

As a registered user of the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information and update it as necessary;
• Ensure the security of your account and not share your account with others;
• Use the App responsibly and avoid any unauthorized or illegal activities.

The Company is not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your device or unauthorized actions.

We use commercially reasonable technical measures to protect your personal information, such as encryption and secure protocols. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App does not directly use cookies but may include third-party tools (e.g., Firebase) to enhance functionality and performance. These tools may use cookies to collect anonymized data for service optimization.

You have the right to request account deletion at any time through:

• The "Delete Account" function within the App;
• Or by sending an email to it@cstaxi.hk.

We will complete the data deletion process within 30 days of receiving your request unless legal obligations require us to retain certain information. You will be notified upon completion.

The App is provided "as is," and we are not liable for:

• Interruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services or Firebase);
• Losses resulting from device or network issues during usage;
• Data breaches caused by unauthorized user actions or uncontrollable factors (e.g., hacking).

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via:

• In-app notifications;
• Email notifications (if applicable).

We encourage you to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
